Thanks to the three fully automated band saws, the company is able to apply this type of processing to various types of materials such as round, rectangular, oval and round drawn tubes.
The company has 4 PANASONIC robotic islands with 9 axis. We are able to carry out small and large productions thanks to the organization of the two ongoing islands. We also have 4 manual welding stations where we are able to weld iron, aluminum and stainless steel. We are also able to carry out TIG welding.
After having processed the raw material according to all the specifications of the drawing, we assemble all the parts to obtain a finished carpentry. We thus have very short delivery times.
The company carries out quality controls:
– incoming: on purchased materials and processing,
– intermediate phase of the production process,
– on the finished product: dimensional and functional checks.
We can also supply the cold galvanized and hot galvanized product, anodizing treatment on aluminum and if required also painting with the collaboration of companies in the area.
